Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

 You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays, outside of our control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard shipping is $10.00 (7-12 days) 
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 Australia-wide.

How do I check the order status?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-9 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at  sales@mindfieldrecords.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Estimated delivery times 

If you are based in:

NSW, SA, ACT	4-8 workings days
VIC	3-5 working days
QLD, NT, WA and TAS	7-10 working days

NOTE:

Delivery times are calculated: Once your payment has been cleared and the 

item has been dispatched from our warehouse (approximately 2 working days 

after receipt of cleared payment).

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times. 

Due to ongoing COVID restrictions being placed in different states and natural 

disasters from time to time, delivery dates may be affected. We appreciate 

your patience during these special times.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt or product rejected by receiver: 

Costs apply - if item is Returned to sender re-delivery cost will occur for any 

products that are returned.
